The present study aimed to determine the mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between information and communication technology and organizational culture with organizational learning in Iranian sports federations. the research method was correlation descriptive and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the heads and experts of the country's sports federations in 1398 (N =750), who were selected as the sample by simple random sampling (256 people) according to Morgan table. Data collection tools were the standard questionnaire for Hernandez et al.'s ICT, Lawson Knowledge management Questionnaire (2003), organizational learning (Pham & Swierczek, 2006), organizational culture (Quinn & Cameron, 2011). Structural equation modeling of variance-based approach using PLS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the greatest effect was on the impact of organizational culture on knowledge management. Organizational culture had a relatively high impact on organizational learning. The mediating role of knowledge management was confirmed in the relationship between organizational culture and organizational learning, however, it was not confirmed in the relationship between information and communication technology with organizational learning. It is suggested that in Iranian sports federation help to increase and improve organizational learning by promoting information and communication technologies, creating a proper organizational culture and proper knowledge management. Therefore, the federations take a step in the direction of learning growth and become a learning organization and keep up to date with global knowledge.

The purpose of this study was to explain the model of effective factors on the development of environmental culture in sport. This research was descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of all students was Razi University of Kermanshah. Based on the sample size of Krejci and Morgan samples, 384 students from Razi University responded to a questionnaire reviewed by Bojemehani and Razavi (1393) with a five-point scale Likert scale. The factual and content validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by a survey of faculty members and experts related to the subject of the research and its reliability was reported through Cronbach's alpha of 0.78. To analyze the data, the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis method was used to identify the factors influencing the development of environmental culture in sport using the spss and lisrel software. The results of the research confirmed the six factors including the transitional effects of education, research, management, structure, culture development and national strategies as factors influencing the development of environmental culture in sport. Also, the confirmatory factor analysis showed fit for the model

strategic management practices at Youth and Sports Offices in West of Iran. The methodology was descriptive and Strategic, which is carried out within the scope of the survey. Population was included all managers, deputies and experts from the Youth and Sports Offices in West of Iran (Kermanshah, Hamedan, Ilam, Lorestan, and Kurdistan) and the sampling was purposeful, the number of 150 complete researcher-made questionnaires was collected. Face and content validity was confirmed by experts and elites and construct validity was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the human factor by 6 items, environmental factors and political factors having 2 to 3 items, identified and confirmed the strategic management as affecting factors, Also, human and environmental factors (with factor loadings 0.91) were in priority. Checking the fit of the model of the factors affecting on strategic management Practices of Youth and Sports Offices in West of Iran showed that all parameters in this model were fit. It is concluded that, we must focused on human factors and attention on the environment in developing factors affecting on strategic management at Youth and Sports Offices in West of Iran on.

The purpose of this study was SWOT Analysis of sport for all of Sports and Youth Office in Kermanshah Province. The research method is descriptive and type of survey. The statistical population (186 people) was including of all managers and staff, presedents and vice-presedents of sport associations in Kermanshah. The statistical Sample was equal to population but thay (150 people) answered to questionnaire by total- calculated sapling. We used to researcher questionnaire and its validity was approved from viewpoint of sport management specialist and its reliability also with Cronbach's alpha (α =. /92) was approved. For data analyze, we used to descriptive indices, mean difference, Friedman test and also we used to identify sterategic situation from IFE, EFE and IE. The results showed that, in the part of sport for all of sports and youth office be approved, 8 weakness, 7 strength, 7 opportunity and 7 threat and be ranked based on feridman test. After analysis it was identified that the part of sport for all of Sports and Youth Office in Kermanshah Province has been placed in conservative zone WO. Then, it's conclude that the policy makers of sport province high focus on the decrease of this weaknesses of sport for all and use of exit opportunities.

Emotional intelligence as a psychological factor has an important role in psychology, management andrecently sport. The purpose of this research has a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) of EmotionalIntelligence Questionnaire in Sport. Statically society was all of coach, referee and athlete ofKermanshah, Iran that 166 person finally respond in questionnaire. After content validity, CFA, Piersontest and Chronbakh alpha used for reliability and validity of questionnaire. Also, in CFA research thenumber of sample was select according the factor of questionnaire. Result of CFA showed that six factorof questionnaire was a good structure. Reliability of questionnaire with Chronbakh alpha for six factorshowed that the range between 0.73 -0.79. Result of CFA support six factor structure of emotionalintelligence include appraisal of own emotions, regulation of own emotions, utilization of own emotions,optimism, social skills, and appraisal of others emotions has good fit. According to CFA result, suggestthat for confidence of questionnaire, future research test this questionnaire among other sample.
